1.	What is needed in order to purchase tickets?

    1.1.	You must have a valid Vivenu account.

    1.2.	You must upload a valid passport, and ensure that all information provided is up to date and accurate. This passport must be the same passport as the one matching your own identity (it must be your own passport), and you MUST be able to bring this passport to the venue on the day that you plan to attend the event. 

    1.3.	Expired or otherwise inaccurate passports and forms of identification will NOT be accepted.

    1.4.	You must ensure that your identity information is accurate and matches your valid passport that you provide in step 2.

    1.5.	After completing your ticket purchase, you will be prompted to complete a ‘Personalization’ process on the ticket. This includes entering the unique passport and identity details corresponding to each individual ticket. Personalization must be completed accurately within 14 days of your transaction being confirmed in order for you to enter using your tickets.

    2.1.	This is a required process where each individual ticket is tied to an identity, which can be verified on-site in order to grant the ticket holder entry. Without this process being completed, tickets are NOT valid for entry.

    2.2.	What this means is that if you buy 2 sets of tickets for a single day and wish to bring your friend with you for one of those tickets, you must both complete your own individual personalization, and your friend must independently complete their own personalization, in order for the 2 sets of tickets to work. This must also be done by the deadline, and the deadline for both sets of tickets in this scenario share the same deadline – 14 days within the transaction being confirmed.

3.	When does ticket ‘Personalization’ need to be finished?

    3.1.	This must be completed, accurately, within 14 days of your transaction being confirmed. For clarity, Personalization is required by the venue and local government regulations and there are

    3.2.	There will be reminders sent out, but we recommend you to finish this step as soon as possible after ticket purchase, and these reminders are only sent as a courtesy – it is your responsibility to ensure you meet all ticketing and entry requirements.

    4.1.	The timer for Personalization begins right after your ticket purchase is confirmed. You have 14 days from this to confirm personalization for each ticket in your purchase order.

: Each ‘personalization’ is tied to one passport identity. Each passport is tied to one ticket. Each ticket is tied to one entry. Therefore, each passport grants entry to one person, per day, per ticket. No more, and no less. You will not be able to bring multiple individuals into the venue using one passport, even if that passport is connected via personalization to multiple tickets.

5.	What happens if I do not finish my ‘Personalization’ or cannot confirm an identity to tie to the ticket before the deadline?

    5.1. Your ticket will be cancelled and you will be refunded. Unfortunately we must follow this guideline due to local regulations regarding ticket identity verification processes. 

    5.2. We cannot make exceptions for cases where someone is unable to confirm their companion, renewing passports, or anything similar.

    6.1.	We are selling tickets in two different types of two-day bundles: a Weekday bundle for Thursday-Friday, and another Weekend bundle for Saturday-Sunday.

    6.2.	There are four different ticket tiers, with the corresponding prices:

7.	What are the accepted payment methods?

    7.1.	Most major credit card providers, such as Visa and MasterCard, will be accepted. The payment processor is Stripe.

8.	When and where will tickets be available?

    8.1.	Starting on October 25, 2024 at 14:00 (UTC +8), tickets will be available digitally until sold out.

9.	Are tickets refundable or transferrable?

    9.1.	Refunds are available only on a limited basis within the first 5 days after your valid completed purchase. When a refund is granted, it is minus any transaction and platform fees that may apply. 

    9.2.	You need to contact customer support in order to process a refund. Once a ticket is refunded, there is no possibility to re-claim it. Customer support can be reached on the Vivenu website, as well as through the relevant links in your ticket confirmation.

    9.3.	Tickets are unfortunately not transferrable at any time for any reason. There are no exceptions.

    10.1.	Each valid account may purchase a maximum of two ticket bundles for each event day. Additionally, each account is limited to one transaction per ticket bundle type.

    10.2.	Specifically: each valid account is limited to one transaction per ticket bundle, with a maximum of two bundles per transaction.

        10.2.1.	For example, a valid account may purchase two Weekday bundles, and two Weekend bundles in a single transaction, HOWEVER, once the transaction is completed, that account may not purchase any more tickets.

        10.2.2.	Another example: a valid account purchases one Weekday bundle, and two Weekend bundles in their first transaction. That account is unable to purchase any further tickets for the event, because the transaction limit has been reached.

    10.3.	If we detect efforts to circumvent the ticket and purchase limit for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel and refund those tickets at any time, minus any potential fees.

    11.1.	Shanghai, China, at the SPD Bank Oriental Sports Center.

    11.2.	The dates are December 12 - 15.

    12.1.	After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation to your linked email address. Bring this confirmation, along with your own valid passport that we described in the ‘Personalization’ section FAQ to the venue ticket check location on the day of the event. You will need both in order to gain entry for the day. 

    12.2.	You absolutely must have your own valid passport, in physical form, the one that matches your ticket personalization, in order to enter! Photographs of your passport, other forms of alternative identification, or identification that does not match your exact personalization WILL NOT be accepted.

    13.1.	No, the event is single entry. Once you enter, if you leave, then you cannot enter again for the day.

                                                                                Event Entry Policy

1.	This event is single entry per day. Once you leave for the day, there is no re-entry.

2.	Entry is connected to a real ID identity verification process that requires all visitors to provide their own valid government-issued identification. For the purposes of clarity, for Chinese citizens this means their local personal ID (shenfenzheng), and for non-Chinese citizens this means their passport. For passport holders, please proceed to the entrances marked ‘manual’ or ‘international’. Only the physical, original passport will be accepted. There are no exceptions.

3.	If the identification you provide for identity verification does not match your ticket transaction data (for example your ‘Personalization’ details, you WILL NOT be able to enter. In these cases, tickets are neither refundable nor transferrable under any circumstances, for any reason.

4.	Each account is limited to two tickets purchased per event day.

5.	For persons not of adult age at the time of entry, they must have their own ticket, and be accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket of their own. Additionally, they must enter together with their adult guardian. Adult is someone the age of 18 or above at the time of entry.

6.	The event dates are December 12 to December 15. The first match is at 14:00 for December 12, 13, and 14. On December 15, the first match will begin at 15:00. Door open times are two hours prior to the first match for every event day. These times may be adjusted, so please pay attention to the relevant media channels for any updates.

7.	There are no on-site storage or coat check facilities. Please do not bring large pieces of luggage or baggage. There will be security checks prior to entry and if your possessions are not allowed entry to the venue, it is your responsibility to manage their proper storage before you can enter the venue. For your own personal possessions that you are able to bring into the venue, it is your responsibility to ensure their safety.

8.	The venue is fully non-smoking. Please follow signs and proceed to outdoor designated smoking areas only.

9.	Please queue and wait appropriately and avoid gathering at entry and exit locations.

10.	Dangerous items such as those flammable, explosives, chemicals, lasers, lighters, weapons, etc., are not allowed.

11.	Regarding weapons, no knives, swords, blades of any type are allowed, regardless of their ‘realness’ or general cutting ability. No sharp items that can be interpreted as cutting tools or implements are allowed. No guns, firearms, imitation or otherwise are allowed in any shape or form. Other items such as chemicals, modified high intensity lightsticks, large scale displays, ‘tifos’, flags, banners are not allowed, especially if they have a possibility of blocking other viewers’ sight lines. Lasers, flames, industrial tools, and similar implements are not allowed. For clarify, we reserve the right to refuse entry to any items or implements that we may deem an impediment to venue operations or personnel safety.

14.	No liquids, beverages, or drinks may be brought into the venue.

15.	No full-scale umbrellas may be brought into the venue. Only retractable compact umbrellas may be allowed. They may not be used in the venue under any circumstances.

16.	No inflatable items, such as balloons, balls, etc.

17.	No glass objects. No cans or canned objects.

18.	No entry to private or restricted entry areas at the venue.

19.	Please refrain from actions that impede the regular activities of the event and competitors, such as crowding around player areas in an attempt to ask for autographs. In the interest of crowd safety, we reserve the right to restrict access and ask individuals to leave.

20.	Please refrain from actions that impede the work efforts of the tournament staff, such as usage of flash photography in inappropriate ways, misuse of laser pointers, or violent actions such as verbal or physical assault. In the interest of safety, we reserve the right to restrict access and remove offending individuals. 

21.	For the safety and comfort of you and everyone else at the venue, these policies will be enforced. Security will be present and in serious cases, we reserve the right to refer individuals to law enforcement. Corresponding consequences are the responsibility of those individuals only.
